The committee is focused on three priorities:
Governance and leadership: As an independent advisory body, it will guide the academy’s strategic
direction.
Educational credibility: It will help develop competency frameworks to make the academy the
global benchmark for the operating partner profession.
Intellectual output: It will produce content (white papers, policy briefs) to shed light on trends in
the operating partner market and the creation of operational value
