Since its creation, the Academy has been committed to a quality-driven approach that has been structured over the years. Indeed, the success of each of our training programs is closely linked to the achievement of its objectives and the resources implemented to ensure its completion.

The effectiveness of the training system is assessed, in particular, through participant employment outcomes:

2025
Overall employment insertion rate: 100%
Employment insertion rate in target roles: 82%

For each program, the Academy puts in place the necessary organization and resources to ensure training success. All stages of training implementation, from information dissemination to the final evaluation, are carefully structured and closely monitored:

● Recruitment of candidates
● Engagement of targeted companies for internship placements
● Alignment between training requirements and trainer profiles
● Appropriate teaching methodology
● Development and adaptation of the training program
● Supervision and monitoring of trainees during and after the program

The Academy measures the effectiveness of its quality approach and identifies strategic areas for improvement through the analysis of stakeholder satisfaction, by cross-referencing the following elements:
● Trainee satisfaction surveys
● Trainers’ feedback reports at the end of the training program
● Employment insertion rates at 6 and 12 months
● Exchanges during the scientific committee meetings

Qualiopi certification

The Qualiopi certification is based on the National Quality Framework referenced in Article L.6316-3 of the French Labor Code. Its purpose is to certify the quality of the processes implemented for actions contributing to skills development.

This framework is organized around 7 criteria:

  1. Conditions for informing the public about the services offered, access deadlines, and results obtained.
  2. Clear identification of the objectives of the services offered and adaptation of these services to target audiences during their design.
  3. Adaptation of services and of reception, support, monitoring, and evaluation methods to target beneficiaries.
  4. Suitability of teaching, technical, and supervisory resources for the services delivered.
  5. Qualification and development of knowledge and skills of the teams responsible for delivering the services.
  6. Provider’s integration and involvement within its professional environment.
  7. Collection and consideration of feedback and complaints submitted by stakeholders regarding the services provided.

Operating Partner Academy has been QUALIOPI certified since May 22, 2024, for the category of actions: “training actions.” This quality certification mark for training providers follows Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018, on the freedom to choose one’s professional future. This law establishes, in its Article 6, a requirement for certification by a third-party organization for providers carrying out activities contributing to skills development, based on a single national framework, if they wish to benefit from public or jointly managed funding (financed by a skills operator, by the commission referred to in Article L.6323-17-6, by the State, by regions, by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, by France Travail, or by Agefiph).
